As a locally owned and operated hotel, we provide a passionate, friendly, professional environment that encourages promotion from within. Our goal is to help all of our staff to grow and develop to attain their full potential within the hotel. Human Resources will work together with Department Managers to give staff career counselling for those staff that desire to move up within the company.

We offer the opportunity to cross train in other areas that may interest a staff member. Once employees successfully complete their probationary period and master their current position, they can apply for an internal transfer to other areas in the hotel.
